You might need to switch computers or get a new one, and maybe even swap out the component causing the problem with one that does work. There is if you buy it on steam or if you want to you can use a vpn and join locally.

Id recommend hamachi cause its free but any vpn would work if you and you're friend are connected. You know what would be awesome?
