Add already downloaded torrent to deluge






















The instructions for how to add an already-completed torrent to Deluge say that I should pause the torrent and force recheck. Well, I can't do that because Deluge doesn't know about the torrent. I've tried closing down Deluge and restarting, but that hasn't helped. So, I am baffled. Also check local storage for the downloaded file is not out of space shown on bottom status bar in Deluge UI.
